Forum Rules & User Agreement

The Mischief.tv team hopes that you will have a safe, fun, and educational experience while accessing our corner of the World Wide Web. In order to continue offering those experiences, we do have some rules and regulations that must be abided by. Please read the entire Forum Rules & User Agreement before moving on to the next step of registration. There are several rights that have been reserved by Tecknology, LLC that may affect your continued registration on this site.

Registration to the Mischief.tv forum (“Forum”) for general access is free! As an add-on feature to the general access, the Forum reserves the right to offer premium services to its registered users (“User(s)”) at paid subscription rates. Rates can be located, when add-on features are available, in the FAQ section of this Forum labeled “How much are Premium Subscription Rates”. As a User, we do insist that you understand and abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this Agreement. If you read and agree to the rules and regulations of this Agreement, please check the 'I agree' checkbox and press the 'Register' button below. The User acknowledges that the Forum may contain objectionable media and/or messages on its website. Although the administrators and moderators of Mischief Forum will attempt to keep objectionable media and/or messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to censor all media and/or messages for content. The User acknowledges that adequate notice has been provided that possible objectionable material may be present and that the option to not register on the Forum has been provided to the User. All media and/or messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Mischief Forum, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any media and/or messages.

This Forum is wholly owned and operated by Tecknology, LLC a Delaware company. The term “Teckademics” and the stylized version of “Teckademics” are used under license by Tecknology, LLC. Users wanting to sell and/or market items labeled with the term “Teckademics” or the stylized version of “Teckademics” on the Forum must receive prior written approval by Tecknology, LLC before doing so. You may request so by e-mailing: Mischief.tvAdmin@gmail.com. Any Users deemed selling and/or marketing “Mischief” labeled items without prior written approval may have their posts removed, be subject to permanent termination of their account, and may have legal action taken against them.

By agreeing to these rules and regulations, Users warrant that they will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, hateful, threatening, or otherwise be in violation of any laws. Although the Forum does not endorse the posting of sexually explicit materials, we do ask that such posts are made in the designated “Members Only Area” subsection under “The Circus” section to prevent possible viewing by under age guest and non-COPPA complaint Users. Users who have agreed to abide by the rules and regulations contained herein may only view and post sexually explicit media and/or messages in the “Members Only Area”. Users may not post sexually explicit media and/or messages of persons under 18 years of age, may not post child pornography, may not post sexual abuse, may not post animals in sexual acts, and/or may not post of other Users in sexual acts from this Forum. Tecknology, LLC will fully enforce this policy and will have a Zero Tolerance stance toward offenders. Any Users caught posting child pornography or sexually explicit materials of persons under 18 years of age will have their account immediately terminated and all personal data collected during the registration process will be turned over to law enforcement.

The purpose of this Forum is not that of a pornographic nature. The Forum reserves the right to discontinue and remove, at any time, the posting of sexually explicit media and/or messages.

The owners of Mischief Forum reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any threads, posts, Users, and/or Guests for any reason without prior notice or justification. The User agrees to indemnify and hold Tecknology, LLC harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of the use of this Forum or incurred by reason of any third party claim relating to the use of the Forum by the User.

New members will be subjected to a probation period to help us prevent unauthorized advertising. Members will be verified on an individual basis and times will vary.
